Club history; 40 years old last year?

The club was founded in 1966 by the employees of the "AC Delco Spark Plug Overseas Corporation" Sports and Social Club. By 1968 the club was holding tournaments: the first Trinity shoot was Trinity Sunday, the 26th of May 1968 and cost the princely sum of eight shillings (40 pence) to enter.

Do you have or know anyone who has any documentation relating to the early years of the club? We would be particularly grateful to have sight of anything from the period of the foundation of the club and evidence of when the club became open to the general public (this was pre-1984/5).
